Misc. Notes:

   1.       Bring Insect Repellent.  You’ll be sorry and slightly thinner, if you don’t.

      2.       Early mornings may be cool in the mountains.

3.       Mid-day will probably be hot.  You may want to carry water between the aid stations.

4.       Vehicle parking is available at the Start / Finish point.

5.       There are campsites at Tree Phones (about 15 miles west of Tampico) and Ahtanum Meadows (about 9 miles west of Tampico).  These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  No camping permit is required.
